- Low risk / everyday background: distant cell towers, appliances when you’re not right next to them, brief calls on speakerphone.
- Higher risk / close-range sources: WiFi router next to the bed, phone pressed to the ear for hours, baby monitor beside the crib, high-voltage power lines nearby.

Distance matters. Even a small increase in space between you and the source (like moving your router out of the bedroom) can reduce exposure dramatically.
